We’re proud of our company’s values – these values guide us as we navigate sunny days, gray skies and everything in between:
We are seeking a Screenings Coordinator to join our screenings team. This team ensures the success of our in person and online theatrical screening business, which is an important part of NRG’s history in pioneering the Hollywood research industry. Movie studios and other clients rely on our data-driven services as an industry standard for the business of making and selling movies that has stood the test of time and continues to fuel today’s global film business.
This role would provide operational support for in person screenings research events with recruited audiences. In person screenings typically take place in the Los Angeles area including but not limited to Northridge, Sherman Oaks, San Bernardino County, Orange County, Long Beach and other districts.
If you’re passionate about entertainment and customer service, if you enjoy working events and ensuring that attendees have a best-in-class experience,– this opportunity is for you!
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. However, the weekly work schedule may vary based on the timing of scheduled screenings and department needs. You won’t get too much advance notice for your work schedule so flexibility is required (for example, we typically know what our screening schedule looks on Thursday for the following week). The role requires regular attendance at recruited audience screenings in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, primarily during evenings, and may include weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) as needed. Occasional travel for out-of-town screenings is also required. This individual will be expected to work onsite on pre-screening preparation days, screening days, and post-screening wrap-up days. Outside of these periods, remote work is permitted.
We embrace the current era of work and what it means to be a best-in-class employer. We understand the flexibility that is required to recruit and retain incredible talent, whether it’s empowering you to do your best work from the comfort of your home or supporting you if you need to take a mental health day for self-care and rest. Below is a unique blend of benefits tailored to meeting the ever-changing professional landscape.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the center of all our practices to ensure that NRG is a place where people from all identities and backgrounds can thrive. NRG is committed to recruiting and retaining diverse talent by supporting their growth through learning programs, internal mobility, affinity group participation and leadership development. Our differences make us a stronger workforce and enhance our creativity and innovation. We are proud to be an inclusive workplace for all and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in Los Angeles for this role is $20-$25 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
