We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the combined role of Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in our Culver City office. The primary executive supported in this role will be the CEO, with additional support provided to the COO, CSO, and broader senior leadership as needed. This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring sound judgment, strong business acumen, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll act as a critical extension of senior leadership - strategically managing time, anticipating needs, and ensuring focus remains on what matters most.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, takes full ownership of their work, and understands how to align support with the unique needs and working styles of senior leaders. If you’re known for your proactivity, responsiveness, and rock-solid reliability, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, exempt position. This is a primarily remote role for a Los Angeles area-based employee. However, in-person attendance at our Culver City office is required for leadership meetings, company events, and when the CEO or senior leadership are working or travelling in Los Angeles. Flexibility and availability for in-person support are a core expectation of this role.
We embrace the current era of work and what it means to be a best-in-class employer. We understand the flexibility that is required to recruit and retain incredible talent, whether it’s empowering you to do your best work or supporting you if you need to take a mental health day for self-care and rest. Below is a unique blend of benefits tailored to meeting the ever-changing professional landscape:
Diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the center of all our practices to ensure that NRG is a place where people from all identities and backgrounds can thrive. We are proud to be an inclusive workplace for all and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in Los Angeles, California for this role is USD $70,500 – $80,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, level of experience, and location.
