We are seeking a strategic and inquisitive Research Manager to join NRG’s team supporting the NFL, working primarily onsite at the NFL offices in New York City. This dynamic team partners with the NFL to understand and enhance the NFL gameday and season ticket member experiences across all 32 of its clubs. This role will be working alongside another Research Manager to support all aspects of the program.
This is a rare, front-row seat to the business of football, offering the unique opportunity to embed within the NFL’s headquarters and directly influence the strategy that shapes the fan experience for all 32 clubs. This is a full-time, exempt role. This role requires candidates to be available for regular onsite presence at the NFL Headquarters in New York City (345 Park Avenue).

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation in New York City for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
