NRG is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Future Of practice, supporting our flagship syndicated biannual landscape studies: Future of Film and Future of Series—which elevate consumer trends into clear, actionable strategic guidance for our studio and streaming clients.
This role sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, and cultural intelligence. You’ll dive into both qualitative and quantitative research to help track, analyze, and translate what’s happening across the entertainment ecosystem—from audience behavior and industry strategy to cultural shifts shaping film and television’s future.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply engaged with entertainment as an industry: someone who follows the trades, tracks studio moves and platform strategy, listens to industry podcasts, and actively thinks about where film and TV are headed.
This is a full-time, exempt position.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $62,000 -$70,500. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
